This Privacy Policy explains how GrayJames LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the Anchor mobile application (“Anchor”). In short: Anchor keeps your data on your device. We do not collect it, receive it, store it, or share it.

Information Anchor works with. Anchor lets you enter and store: menstrual cycle dates and predicted cycle phases; journal entries, including mood, energy, and relationship notes you choose to record; the first names you enter for yourself and your partner; your date of birth (used only to confirm you are 18 or older); and app settings such as reminder times and your reminder-style preference.

Where it is stored. All of it is stored locally on your device, in the app’s private storage. It is never transmitted to GrayJames LLC, and we operate no servers that receive it. We cannot see, access, or retrieve anything you enter into Anchor.

Notifications. If you turn on reminders, Anchor schedules them on your device, and the reminder text is generated locally on your phone. No information about your cycle, your notifications, or your use of the app is sent to us or to any third party to deliver them.

Analytics, tracking, and advertising. Anchor contains no analytics, no tracking technologies, and no advertising. We do not use third-party software development kits that collect usage or device data. We do not build user profiles, and we do not sell data.

Sensitive information. Anchor is intended to hold information about menstrual and reproductive health and about a personal relationship. The app is designed so that this information stays on your device and under your control. Because we never receive it, we cannot disclose it and it is not exposed in any breach of our systems.

Purchases. Anchor does not currently sell anything. If paid subscriptions are added in the future, payment will be processed by Apple or Google, not by us, and we will never receive your card number or billing details. This policy will be updated before any such feature is released.

Deleting your data. Because your data lives only on your device, you control removing it. Use the in-app reset option, or uninstall Anchor, to erase all stored information. There is nothing stored on our side for us to delete.

Children. Anchor is intended for adults. The app asks for your date of birth and does not permit use by anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy. If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
